If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you have received the purchased product in damaged condition, we’re here to help YOU.

You have 7 (Seven) calendar days to return a Product from the date you received. (CONDITIONS APPLY: VALID ONLY FOR MAGNIFLEX PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE THROUGH www.magniflexindia.com for STANDARD SIZES AND THICKNESSES ONLY.)

To be eligible for a return,

Your Product must be unused and in the same condition as you received, with guarantee card, any other tags attached to the product & the Invoice copy.
Your Product must be in the original packaging.

If you have decided to return the Magniflex products, please inform your decision to our Customer Care on customercare@magniflexindia.com

Our team member will advise you on properly packaging the product for return & also arrange for the courier person to collect the packed product from you.

Once we receive your Product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Product.
In case the defect is found genuine, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the Product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment. You will receive the credit amount within 15 working days, depending on your card/bank issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Product Shipping costs are non-refundable. As you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
You have to ensure that the returned product reaches us in good condition. Any cost incurred towards the transit damages will be debited to you.
Timelines for refund & Amount will be refunded via same source of mode of payment. Your amount will be credited within 15 working days.

If customer paid twice for one product then the refund will be for duplicate transactions.

Once a payment has been made no cancellation will be entertained.

All disputes related to Magniflex products, shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bengaluru.
